Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who we interviewed - we hope we can get Northwest tonight to express an interest, and will be back at the lake tomorrow to hopefully talk to some of the people involved in the repairs. We'll keep y'all posted. See you on the water - wherever that is!

absolutely! first time back on the water, following the second recuperation on the dickie shoulder..very cold but very windy !

Dave, given that it was the first week in March I simple assumed you were taking your third/fourth holiday of the year in some far flung wind swept spot - and would not therfore require a warning.....

Just goes to show that the resident forecaster has firmly taken his eye off the ball! It was howling down here too....I got some serious thrashings by Bigbury -More I say!! More!!

Ha ha - you guys!! - I'm training to be a camera man at the BBC - the bird with the pen is in fact a journalist who does the bulletins on Radio Manchester - I'm doing a project for North west tonight about the lake closure which I hope they'll take up - just depends if I can get anything news worthy from it!!
Will be at the lake tomorrow (Sun) so if there's wind and if anyone wants to be 'ont telly (maybe!) then grab me!!
