Hi.Good vid, I had one of those sails! Watching your videos I can suggest a few tips. 1) Move your boom up the mast to shoulder height. This will allow you to stand without breaking at the waist. v important. It will make it easier to bear off the wind which you need to do before sailing upwind. The board needs to accelerate to affectively track upwind so bear off first. 2) After pullin the sail up move your feet back along the board ('behind the mast') Have your 'front' foot pointing to the front at the mast foot. Your 'back' foot pointing across the board shoulder width from other foot and straddle the centre line of the board. You were a bit twisted with your front leg bent on the video. If anything have a straightish front leg and flex your back leg- keep the wind on your back. 3)Sail more across the wind (a reach)when learning and just tack (turn)upwind so as not to lose ground downwind. Have your daggerboard down or use a centre fin depending on your board set up.
4)Enjoy it and keep going it gets a lot better and easier as you progress. Hope this helps
