Forecast seems half decent - force 5 SW & 13 degrees.

If you live in West Kirby can you let me know what conditions
are like before I set off from home( 11am)

I'm trying to find somewhere for Saturday, never sailed there before, where can I find the charges, etc...?

Fairly new to the sport too, is this a good spot for a newby?
