Woke up with a hangover, thought I could windsurf it off, not to be the case.

Lovely to have 4.2 weather again, can't recall the last time I was on a 4.2. 

Lots of the usual folks down today including Ken, who was moaning about how it was better a week ago and that there weren't enough waves.

I got some decent waverides, felt happier with my sailing today. Did manage to bust my knee doing a high jump.
