Great session, typical Rhossy f6 S conditions, really good jumping on the way out (but a bit too wild for me for anything other than big air) and classic riding on the way back in and not very crowded either.

Had to cut the session short though. Riding a lovely wave I was heading towards the rocks in front of the shop. I thought I could get another turn in well before them which I did. Then I thought I could get another turn in as well, this put me very close to the big pointy rocks so a very tight gybe was required. Unfortunately I hadn't seen the little flat rocks just below the surface which my fin smacked into and catapulting me onto them as well. Dead leg and winded I checked the fin - not broken just a bit chewed up.

Tried to go out again later but the pain in my leg and chest just too bad. One week later and my leg is better but I still daren't cough, sneeze, laugh or breath in too hard coz' the ribs just won't let me (typical cracked rib symptoms - dohhhhh)
