Neil sends his thanks to all those who have supported him thus far but the actual current status is that he is not guarenteed a retail outlet in the completed development!
Neil notes that: "The news posted a few days back is almost correct except that technically Sefton have not offered me a new place at all? They have only agreed to providing an area to house a 'chandlery'. As council negotiations are notoriously difficult I am in no way counting any chickens (so to speak). However, I will take this opportunity to thank all those who have supported me thus far. It ain't over yet by a long way but we are moving in the right direction. On the lake side of things. The water is to be changed every month from September so that bodes well for Seftons' commitment."
