I received a polite email from chap called Nigel Saunders who is looking for an old friend - to quote Nigel;
His name is John Rivers, age about 45, family home was in Oxted and he went to college in Portsmouth. One of few last things I’d heard about him was that he was living in the West Country and had taken-up windsurfing……
I appreciate this request is completely off topic but some help would be appreciated.
