“TAKE OFF” with John Hibbard (PWA World Competitor/Journalist)

If you fancy kick starting your windsurfing year. Come along to this event. International Starboard & Tushingham pro rider, John Hibbard has been travelling the globe for the past 6 years, entering competitions, attending photo shoots, running looping clinics and living life as a windsurfer. There will be “tales from the road” and plenty of film action from indoor events to the Force 12 session during his exploits in the Red Bull Storm Chase. He will be giving tips and demonstrations on many of the techniques used in wave and freestyle manoeuvres– a few shortcuts to pulling those vulcans. There will also be ample opportunity to quiz John on other aspects of windsurfing, including advice on choosing the best board for your style of sailing and a few hints on sponsorship—for those aspiring kids. Time permitting there will be a quiz with plenty of prizes, so get out the shades and “factor 15”, give Manley Mere Sailsports a call & book a ticket for this windsurfing experience.
