    Welcome to iWindsurf.co.uk
If you are new to the site and wondering what it's all about there's an introduction here - I try to keep the front page free for displaying latest additions to our various sections.  In short this website is an online community or portal aimed primarily at UK windsurfers offering discussion forums, classified adverts, picture gallery, sailors logs, web links and occasional news stories (They're a bit like buses Wink).  This is no soap box and we are not selling anything (although you can buy a T-Shirt) so get stuck in.

Over at Boardseekers there's a news article entitled " Northerners Go Fast - 40 knots ... easy! " which is very true,  but maybe it should have been titled "Southerners Go Fast at West Kirby, As do the Locals"Wink

the guys mentioned in the artile can hardly be called Northerns, Bob Cunningham, Adam Gustafsson and Simon Hickley are form Devon/Cornwall way and drove up the night before. Steve Thorpe is the nearest having traveled from near Rutland Water. Nice to see these guys at West Kirby.

Don't worry the locals were out in force, Windy John, Mrs Windy, Steve, Crossy,  PeterCee and myself, have alook at http://www.gps-speedsurfing.com/ for the speeds.
