I want to try Rhossy out to see what the fuss is about.
As I dont have a dedicated wave board I don't fancy tackling 2m waves! (predicted for monday)
The most I can see myself facing would be 1.5's on my mistral radar 105. I figure I can get away with that as from the pics i've seen there seems to be a decent wave period at Rhossy.
Windguru shows westerly wind of just below 20kts for Tue.
For a 1st time in waves is this too much to tackle? or probably about right?
The other thing, is anyone planning on being there on Tue?
The other alternative would be 4mile bridge, but I have no idea where to go to launch. Plus from a safety point of view, I don't want to be sailing alone if everyone else is at Rhossy.
