Righty - fast decision reuired on this one....

I have managed to wangle a deal with El Tur windsurfing http://www.el-turwindsurfing.com/ for:

1 week - 4th - 11th Oct
including flights (manc), transfers, accomodation, breakfast & evening meal.
A measly £332.00

Only extra costs are: to get your kit on the plane, to store kit over there (not much - i know the owner), beer, lunch.... that's it...

I'm definately going. Who wants in?

quick couple of questions - how much for kit (spoke to ElTur last year and if you want to go to the wave spot all the time you need your own board at least)
and what are the wind stats for that time of the year ?
Similar money could easy get a week in Ireland then or if you need the sun El Medano.
Could be tempted though.

We are all taking our own kit. So only the cost of getting it on the plane, and storing it over there, which i am assured wont be too much.

Wind stats - pretty much the windiest time of year - check the web link above. Much more wind than tenerife or ireland!

I have told them I will be booking it on Monday - so far theres 5 of us looking pretty much definate (+3 non windsurfers in the form of Ernies Groms & mum).
