Can anyone recommend a board repair system?

I have been using a one part Acrylic putty for 'gelcoat' repairs, but when i opened up the latest ding it turned into a big hole?

I have thougt about using SP Systems resins but lack experience with the different fillers and in what quantities?

Acme,

If you decide it all gets a bit too much, give Len a call at Aloha Sailboards on 0151 339 2005. His mate John can fix just about anything and his colour matching is amazing. He's fixed a couple of my boards and done seemless repairs, and all for reasonable rates, too.

Best of luck,

Surely Ernie (aka Flatpack) must be an expert in this field ??

Mind you - he gets all his repairs done at the Post Office

I'm not sure he'd know epoxy from marzipan

Having put a big hole in my board on Monday evening, I've decide to repair the board myself, all is going well so far, however for the next stage I'll be needing some epoxy filler. However whilst i've been keeping a look out for some, this stuff doesnt seem to stand out from the polyester types. Does anyone know where I can get some of the epoxy filler stuff so I can finish the job?
