Another vote for Spartan. Surf-tech sorted me out when I got going three winters ago. The suit's showing no sign of giving up yet, but when it does I will be going back there for another.
Edit. Spartan will not be the cheapest, but when you do the sums, saving a few quid on a winter wetsuit does not count for much when putting a price on staying warm and safe during a winter sailing session. Getting cold and tired when in the sea is not something I want to do.

Yep fine for you blokes out there, but they do a very limited "off the peg" winter range for women.
