If this weather carries on being so crap, I reckon that I might be up for that one day next week. I will be appalling though!

It's much easier to pick up than snow boarding and far less pain involved. the only difficulty is getting up - once you've done it a couple of times it's like ridin a bike & yer laughin. It feels like snowboarding in ridiculously deep soft powder. Also great practice for potential kiteboarders - you can use a kiteboard if u have 1! In fact - when u r there - u can use pretty much anything - they have loadsa toys there, from knee boards to round bits of plywood, skateboard decks etc etc.. all sorts.

I should be getting a commission really after all this.!

I wouldn't mind trying it out, I'm off to Malcesine on Friday for a long weekend though (tried that bloke you recommended Shawn on this site, but there are 4 of us, he's really friendly though!) so may not be able to afford it in monetary terms or brownie points for a couple of weeks. If you guys do go, let us all know how you get on, I have only ever tried wakeboarding once in Vass, seemed fairly easy to get the basics - started off a boom, got up 1st time, then off a rope off the boom, again, no problem, then off the rope off the mast on the boat and I was up and running and very surprised. Then my time was up!! so the £30 for as much as your arms can take sounds a good deal!!

That is truly the worst music on a website I have witnessed in a while, if not ever.

Strange as they seem to have forked out on a relatively fancy flash website which of course many people can't see (many people access the web via work who use windoze to limit access and regularly exclude any type of program installation including flash plugins, rant, rant, rant)

never mind

It's a good sport and I keep meaning to drag my sorry arse to ther Rother Valley place but never quite seem to get there...

If anyone fancies a trip let me know
