Hey,

A few pointers:

You don't need to get the board all the way around 180 degrees, as long as you land on the nose, it will continue to spin once in the water.

To land on the nose, think about landing with the front leg very bent and getting your head as close as pos to the nose of your board.

To get even more slidey, take off accross or slightly downwind, if you launch upwind, you tend to stall/go too high.
