Hi everyone,



Saturday was a bit up and down with a lightish, variable NW but it was hot and sunny. The forecasts for Sunday were for less wind than Saturday, about 10 mph max. Oh how these forecasters get it wrong. We were treated to a superb westerly, at times up to 30 mph according to Ron's anemometer, with sunshine too. For most, 6.0m - 6.5m sails were enough and it was still blowing at 6.30pm. What a great day. I also noticed that the water level looked the same as last week and did not appear to have gone down at all.



Next weekend, there is a two day Dinghy Open Meeting taking place for the Vortex Fleet but it should not affect the boardsailing.
