How do we set this site up to send auto emails to us when posts are made to the Grimwith Forum? Anyone know?

first of all go to the main forum page - here
At the top should be a link (if you are logged in) titled [Edit your preferences] and heres a direct link
On the next page check the boxes next to the forum you wish to subscribe to - then any post made in that forum will be emailed to you.

I've never been able to get this to work. There is no save button at the bottom of the page so you can't save your preferences.

It should be at the bottom on the blue bar:

This button doesn't appear on mine. if you could set it manually for me that would be great. Just the Grimwith Forum.
