Hello people,
I'm a total beginner, so my apologies for lame questions

The thing is, I cannot windsurf too often, maybe 4-6 weeks per year, but hopefully I will be able to do it more often in the future. And since I have to spend so much time away from the sea, I'd like to do some exercises to be, like, ever-ready.
So I'd really appreciate any advice on what particular exercises I could do at home, or maybe in a gym. For now I've noticed that I'm kinda weak, it's often hard for me to hold even the smallest sail when the wind gets strong; so I tried to work on my arms muscles a bit. Still, I think it won't be sufficient...
Any tips are welcome, and thanks in advance.
