IM heading off to capetown this winter (ive had enough of sailing hells mouth at -5 on my own) anybody been before and has tips regarding which airlines are sympathetic to taking windsurfing kit or any other advice?Also where was everyone on monday22nd?Logo high waves,cross off 5m weather,SUNNY! and only 2 people out at hells mouth.Bit better than Rhossy got as well.

Hi,
When I flew out from Cape Town a few months back I used SAA and thay have a standard excess baggage charge of R800 per board (incl sail etc.) which is about 70.
If you find out where to get reasonably priced tickets please tell! I was looking at buying another return from the SA side and have been quoted R9500 as the best price so far, about 800!
