I'm taking my bro on holiday for his b-day (40th), and am thinking of the French coast south of Perpignan, near border with Spain
Have heard this area is near hills/picturesque (good for me, a cyclist) and windy (good for him, the windsurfer)
Anyone been there late Sept or early October?
any advice much appreciated, especially on the wind quality and campsites
