Notification about replies to messages. 16 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 21
The "Check this box to have yourself notified about replies to this topic." box at the bottom of the message page is ticked as default.
Now as a regular user of the site I can usually see on the front page if there are any replies when I log in so I generally un-tick it before submitting to save unnecessary email messages.
What are other users opinions and should we have a poll to determine whether the box should be ticked or un-ticked as a default?

I think you're right ken - I should soon be able to sort that when I get home.
Just as soon as I've banned these idiots selling mobile phones...

Job done.

I also updated the forum software to the latest version whilst I was at it. I'll play with the templates for a while - let me know of any other issues....

Thanks for that Bert. It wasn't really an issue, I just think its better to opt in than have to remember to opt out.
