Yes it's that time of year again and the winter restrictions are now in place. So to avoid a windsurfing and kiting ban at West Kirby please obide by the restrictions , by avoiding sailing anywhere near the islands, including Little eye, Middle eye and Hilbre and avoid sailing close to the shore line and Yes I have asked for better signs again.
