Got back home to Anglesey around 7 checked the weather station - max gust at home was 36kts around 10:30, coinciding with Slim's Rhosi session.

Sounds like you managed to have a decent session at WK as well.....all I can say is a big thanks to Ernie!!!! All that talk of fat boy and speedmonkey hanging was not necessary, all we need to do is persuade Ernie to spend more time in London!

And did I read you right OPH that you live in Anglesey and travel all the way to WK to sail? Coal and newcastle springs to mind......

It was mighty fine to get back in the water again - especially with the added bonus that i didn't freeze my nads off for the 1st time in ages! lovely day!!

there's no justice in the world, nearly 3 weeks with pretty much no work and not a sniff of wind, second day back to work it blows - and i'm sat in a lab in st andrews overlooking a cracking beach with about 25 kts of wind and sun, boo friggedy hoo !

Nice to hear all who got out had a good day, just sorry I couldn't get out to join you. Hectic week, every day jumping through bureaucratic hoops with various inspections and form filling to get my kit car registered and on the road after 4 years building the damn thing but with the help and patience of a couple of really top blokes (not all civil servants are nitpicking jobsworths I am really glad to report) its finally on the road.
I know it's a OT but I will post a pic of it over the weekend.
Anyway, will try not to miss any more sessions from now on.

I'd love to see a photo of yer new wheels Ken - do u have a suitable roofrack?
