Spent much of last session going out the front door and thought I've really got to crack the footstraps. What I've found is that stepping back into them and as expected turning into wind, pushing the rig forward. This starts my front arm to start screaming, which usually means the harness lines need to move forward. However I think moving them back might solve the problem, effectively pushing the rig forwards when hooked in. The mast foot(on a Starboard Carve 133)is pushed forward as far as it will go. Should this come back a bit? Any suggestions anybody?
