Looks like not enough downhaul and outhaul, possibly the Mast is too stiff for the Sail, check the mast is in the MCS range for the mast.

Check the sail's Luff Length, if the Length of your mast is less than the Luff Length, set you mast extention/_base_ so that it's length when added to your mast's length equals the sail's Luff Length. i.e. Luff 446cm, Mast 430cm, --> Extentio/_base_ 16cm. If your sail has an adjustable head, set it to it's minimum position.

If the Length of your mast is more than the Luff Length. Luff 446cm, Mast 460cm. Adjust the Adjustable head on the Sail to allow for the extra mast Length and use the Min position on you mast extention/_base_.

Set the Boom to the Setting recommend on the Sail and apply the outhaul until the front end of the Battens above and below then boom are on the mid point of the mast. for example look down on the mast and sail, O is the mast and the - is a batten it should look like Q . Shorten the boom if there is a big gap between the clew and the end of the boom and reset the outhaul.

Hope that helps

I'd be interested to know if this solved it for you. I have exactly the same problem! I bought the fat face sail, boom and mast as part of their beginner package. Even though I'm well downhauled the batons overlap exactly as you show. If I put more outhaul then aren't I setting the sail for stronger wind conditions?
