i've been out a few times on the mtb just to keep a little bit of fitness 10 mile jaunts
fancy a go around the wrexham track though
i can get out in the week pretty much no problem but am going to try and sail mon tue wed at crosby as i'm going to medano in 2 weeks and i need the windsurfing fitness as i've hardly been out lately also need to toughen my hands up a bit
