Hear hear! The middle of a lake or a couple miles out in the ocean are ideal for stargazing. I find the darker hours also tend to scare the stink pots off the lake.With tonight's waxing moon, I'm going sailing in Galveston Bay out of Kemah. I find it cooler, and it gives me a chance to practice light identification. How many enjoy night sailing?
