Is there a web site where we can get real time wind speed and direction at West Kirby?

The office has got the anonometer on the roof. Any chance of _link_ing it up to Wirralcam?

Having looked at the weather forecast on-line before leaving work at 2 I picked up my big board and 2 biggest sails anticipating floating around a fair bit, but got there with everyone on their free_style_ boards and flying around.

Or what do you guys find the most reliable forecast site for WK?

To top if off I put a nice hole in the nose of my board and had to go home too early - a week before going on holiday

I Find http://www.windwatcher.net gives a fairly good prediction and the best place for a real time wind stats is http://cobs.pol.ac.uk/cobs/met/hilbre the only problem is its on Hilbre Island so it can be a bit windier out there.

On the same site as the hilbre weather station is the best forecast bar non - the mesoscale model here
It only give a next day forecast though
