Unfortunately I think the tides are unfavourable (not to mention my Boss !), according to UKHO Wed high tide is a mere 7.3m at 18:11 and Thurs is 7.6m at 19:16.
I'm not sure how much before high water you can sail at Dee - I know it's quite a bit earlier than up at West Kirby, but beware the large sandbank opposite the slipway....
