cap for top of sail 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0

I'm new to windsurfing and have just aquired a 6m sail. There is only a piece of webbing at the top of the sail - no cap to slide the mast in to. The webbing does not undo to allow me to fix a cap through it - can anyone advise what to do please?
Jo.

brenjl1,
If the webbing closes off most of the sail luff end e.g. NP Supernova then that's probably just how it is, if your sail has a thin strap e.g. Arrows Craze then it's probably had a mast top adapter at some point. These look like a mushroom with slot in the top which clips onto the strap and the "stem" will fit into a socket it the mast cap.
What's your sail?
