Cheap kit in Decathlon 6 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 10
It seems Stockport Decathlon are selling of their remaining windsurfing kit at half price. I was in this evening and couldn't find anything I needed, but there did seem to be:

A selection of alloy booms, which at half price will be about £27
Two large (180-240, I think) carbon booms which should be £95 each
A fair few masts. Most looked to be reasonable carbon content. All were standard diameter, no skinnies.
A few other bits and bobs

Normally I'd say support your local shop, but I got the impression this could be the end of their windsurfing section, so if you're local it might be worth popping in to see if there's a bargain there for you.

Towfish - u get 10 big gold stars from me this week dude!!!
I stopped by Decathlon this morning as a result of your post.

All the masts are standard diameter - no skinnies. A few fins are available, a few long mast extensions - 2 carbon booms, about 6 _meta_l ones.

I came out with a really nice skinny mast extension for £10.00 - absolute bargain which I couldn't say no too - which is odd, because I don't yet own a skinny mast - but hey ho - I'll definately have one some time in the future....Cheers for the heads up matey

Glad you were able to take advantage. As chance would have it, I (ooh err!) had your skinny extension in my hot little hand last night, but then decided I didn't need another so put it back again.
